In 2015, Fort Bend County Precinct 3 helped to build two bridges across a ditch infested with snakes and alligators where students were jumping across sewage-contaminated water and walking unsafe routes to get to school.

After Katy ISD removed a bus route for some area students, we went to work to build these bridges for a safe walking/biking route to Cinco Ranch High School and Cinco Ranch Junior High. The $550,000 bridges were built in partnership with Falcon Ranch Community HOA, Cinco Ranch HOA, FBMUD 124 and the Willow Fork drainage district and are used by hundreds of our schoolkids use these bridges to get to class safely and on time!
